"Brain chatter" refers to the constant stream of thoughts, ideas, and internal dialogue that occurs within the mind. Brain chatter can be incessant and may sometimes feel overwhelming, especially during times of stress or when trying to focus on a particular task. It's essentially the background noise of the mind, consisting of both conscious and unconscious mental activity.
